Dogs in cars

This is something that infuriates me. Between my slight anger problem, and my hatred of animals I just go nuts when I see stupid fucking dogs hanging their heads out of car windows. I feel no regret in saying that I am always rooting for a horrific car crash, and the dog's severed head to land hundreds of feet from what is left of the vehicle. They are not fucking people, and should not be treated as such. If you own a dog stop being a lazy, irresponsible person and get your ass to the store and buy a travel crate.

It is a legitimate driving hazard. Especially for those inconsiderate dicks who drive with them on their laps. Hell half the time I consider swerving just to hit them. But besides that, if the dog gets angry or playful and causes a distraction or bumps the wheel, harm could be done to innocent people. It is every bit as dangerous as talking on a cell phone, it just doesn't happen as much. These people should be fined for their negligent conduct.
